Codi is a 2 year old Australian Shepherd who was hit by a car and has a broken femur and pelvis. She also has painful bladder stones making it hard to void. Citrus County Foundation for Animal Protection (CCFAP) is asking for donations to sponsor her surgery and recovery. She was wearing tags which led back to a previous owner who states she gave Codi to someone else several months ago but could not provide contact info for that person. So right now we – as a pet-loving community -- is all Codi has. Since this is an emergency we are figuring it out as we go. Step one is surgery in Tampa. Step two is finding a committed foster who can carefully follow the surgeon’s instructions and who can transport Codi back and forth for appointments in Tampa. Step three is finding an awesome adopter who will love and protect Codi for the rest of her life. If you can donate please do so here or mail a check to CCFAP, PO Box 1164, Inverness, FL 34451
Your support and contributions will enable us to see Codi through her surgery and rehabilitation. Your generous donation will mean the world to her and us.
